Welcome to GREENOVATION Project!
The GREENovation project aims to raise awareness on the green transition and digital transformation of the labour market. It will emphasize important new skills and knowledge to be acquired by adults with fewer opportunities in order to meet the skills gap and successfully become green entrepreneurs. Through developing digital tools and gathering best practices and training activities, the project aims to highlight the urgency of employability in green jobs.
Adults with fewer opportunities
Low-skilled individuals, unemployed adults, women returning to the workforce, migrants/refugees, NEETs (Not in Employment, Education, or Training).
Adult educators
Trainers and professionals in adult learning and vocational education who support green and sustainable skills development.
Adult education providers
Training centers, municipalities, and organizations working on upskilling and reskilling initiatives.
Green Entrepreneurs & Businesses
Startups and companies in sustainable industries such as zero-waste shops, upcycling, and social enterprises.
